Fingernail Faux Pas

Lessons Learned on a Monday Morning:
1. Glass fingernail polish bottles which are thrown onto tile floors will break.
2. Maroon and terracotta are not complimentary colors.
3. Fingernail polish remover does work on floors, but it takes a little more elbow grease.
4. Fingernail polish remover doesn't work as well on skin as it does on nails.
5. If a 2 year old has a large smattering of fingernail polish on her hands, they will go into her hair.
6. Fingernail polish sticks to hair better than to nails.
7. A combo of fingernail polish and DAWN dish detergent mostly gets polish out of hair.
8. It's good to have a Grandma and Aunt there to help in such an emergency.
9. There can be SOME fun in it - especially if you are two!
10. Taking pictures makes it so you can sort of laugh about it later.

Monday, Monday...

I am so empathizing with you. We have broke a bottle of nail polish or two--That is why the nail polish is stored away in a locked cabinet:)

Actually I think it looks like you beat her up. Are you just trying to hide something?
