Last weekend B's family came to visit. Occasionally we will get his sister P and her husband M to come, but it has been a LONG time since we got to have Grandma in our home. Grandma (B's mom) came when he graduated from undergraduate school 8 years ago. Then, because of our move completely across the country (we should 
say that B's mom is not a fan of traveling), and after that because of the poor health of B's father, and his mother's diligent care for him, we have not gotten to have her visit us. BUT IT FINALLY HAPPENED! We were so glad to have Grandma come with Uncle M and Aunt P to visit us. We celebrated B's Birthday as well as his sisters, and ate yummy food (including CAKE - hooray!) We had a great time shopping and playing and showing off our home and our town. Grandma even came to church with us and got to meet some of our friends. P and M's daughter recently moved to a neighboring town and they were able to visit her and see her new home too. We really had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to another visit soon - and possibly Thanksgiving here?!?
