Blueberries, Bananas, and Cheese Sticks

One of B and my favorite things is watching our children eat good food like they are really enjoying it. Last night I had a MARVELOUS time watching A devour her "dinner" (she had no interest in the tuna/artichoke heart/Parmesan cheese sandwiches that were OUT OF THIS WORLD). She sat on my lap in her Onesie and ate big, gulping mouthfuls of blueberries, bananas, and cheese sticks. Toward the end of her "meal" she was down to just blueberries which she popped in her mouth as quickly as her little hands could get them there in her pinchy fingers. After about 12 of them going in her mouth rapid fire, there was one left in the bowl and A, in the cutest way possible, put her index finger in back of the lone blueberry and proceeded to scoot it around the perimeter of the bowl all the time singing through a mouth FULL of partially crunched blueberries and a river of juice, "Ring around the rosie...". Good kids. Good food. Good times!
